Appointments to Suit You

We don't just give you more time, we give you the time you want when you want it. Our clinic appointments are up to 20 minutes and allow you and your doctor the time to fully discuss your concerns and to consider your broader health issues.

We will usually be able to see you within a couple of hours of your call. Our clinics are open from 9 am to 5 pm and our automated appointment system means you will never have to queue or wait a long time to see a doctor.

In addition to our clinics we also operate an around-the-clock visiting doctor service. None of us chooses to be unwell and when we are, even if the clinic is open, it is possibly the last place we want to be. Whether you're at home, at the office or staying in a hotel we can send a visiting doctor to you at any hour of the day and any day of the year.

Please note that our visiting doctors are general practitioners and that in an emergency you should either call a paramedic on 999 or attend an Accident and Emergency department as soon as possible.

Your Doctor

With our private doctor clinic service you will be able to regularly see the same doctor, allowing you the time to develop a truly beneficial relationship. All our doctors are chosen with great care and blend excellent medical expertise and knowledge with the highest inter-personal skills. Our team of male and female doctors enjoy access to and the support of many of the UK's pre-eminent medical specialists for any necessary onward referrals.

All our doctors are trained GPs who are registered with the GMC (General Medical Council) and have professional indemnity insurance. We additionally require all our doctors to be members of the Royal College of General Practitioners or to hold an equivalent, recognised, qualification from another UK or European Union body. We maintain a strict code of conduct to ensure the highest standards of patient care and our process for revalidation of our doctors meets the GMC's Revalidation criteria.

Opening hours

Our opening hours vary by clinic, but appointments are usually available on weekdays from 9am to 5pm. Evening consultations may also be available, please ask for details.

Prices

Prices start at £95 for a 20 minute consultation or, alternatively, we offer a number of affordable and flexible plans providing cover for individuals and families. By subscribing to one of our plans you can take comfort in knowing that timely diagnosis, considered treatment planning and follow up by conscientious medical professionals are simply a telephone call away.
